ENELA is playing a leading role in the European education and training community. Supported by the European Commission and a range of prestigious partners, ENELA aims to be the cornerstone of personal and professional development for Europe’s future leaders and managers within the nuclear industry and wider nuclear energy community.

The comprehensive ENELA Leadership Cycle (ELC) for experienced professionals, and the full-time one-year ENELA Management Programme (EMP) for young professionals and graduates, will nurture a new generation of leaders and address the increasing need for skilled and talented individuals to work with and within the nuclear energy arena.

In addition to our training programmes, we are developing the ENELA Conference Cycle (ECC), which is destined to become a centre of excellence for presenting and debating facts about contemporary energy issues.
