Our Programmes

ENELA's training programmes are based on a practice-oriented management and leadership scheme. We will focus on technical, scientific, legal, economic, political, strategic and business aspects.

Communications and public affairs are key themes throughout. Our unique approach to training will foster fellows' involvement, take a 360° look at pertinent issues and encourage fellows to 'think out of the box'. Fellows will be expected to exercise their ability to consider issues in a global context before acting. ENELA also favours innovative approaches for thinking ahead.
